About me

I’ve worked in the IT support industry for the past 15 years as a technician and consultant providing solutions for Microsoft Windows and Apple systems. I have strong, effective technical skills and have many years of experience in technical problem solving, server management, configuration, disaster prevention and recovery strategy planning for clients. I have a solid knowledge of network and telecoms solutions including ADSL & fiber broadband, Wi-Fi, gateways and firewalls.

I believe that clear communication is the key to success for clients and myself.  Explaining IT products and services at the correct level for the audience keeps everyone interested and involved.  Good communication delivers better results.
